Following tremendous growth in their Sales organization, they were playing catch up to support those teams with Field Engineering (Sales) Operations. They needed to hire 5 Sr. Manager and Director Level roles in Sales Operations yesterday. Not only is the skill set niche, but the level of experience that each candidate had to have to be considered was vast, this organization is valued at over $40B, scale was critical.
