After just under five years of the Agency life, he made the jump to Internal Recruiter at Google, soon after leaving Google he joined Lookout and helped grow the company from 40 - 400 employees.
Since leaving Lookout, Joe has spent the last seven years designing, building, and implementing talent solutions for venture backed start up companies including: Thumbtack, Pilot, Calm, Contentful, SurveyMonkey, Affirm, Stripe, WePay, KeepTrucking, and many others.
